This website is run by parents to facilitate both the sale of school uniform and to provide a means of keeping in touch with your PTFA. All our events and meetings will be advertised on this site and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

SECOND HAND UNIFORM (SECOND HAND UNIFORM SALES ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED)
Dates for second hand uniform sales will be updated in the Parent Bulletin. They will often be added at short notice as they are held outside and therefore weather dependent.
We will accept donations during the sale (please place in the box - no need to queue) but please only donate RMS branded items which are in good condition and washed.
Sorry no skirts or trousers as we do not have the space.

PTFA Uniform Service
During term time, we aim to process orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of your online order (Excluding New Intake & GCSE Polo Top Orders). You will be advised by email when your order is ready for collection. Students can collect their uniform order from the uniform office which is situated between the DT block and the Astroturf pitches. It is open for the collection of orders at FIRST BREAK by STUDENTS ONLY, for specific year group days please see special arrangements due to COVID 19.

Please note: We do not ship orders directly and we cannot send orders to pupils through school/tutor class.

RMS PTFA UNIFORM SERVICE
The online Uniform Shop remains open, however, our parent volunteers will not be processing orders or be open at first break for collections/returns/exchanges until further notice.
Pupils are permitted to wear Polo shirts during the Summer Term only and these will be available to purchase from the online shop from 10th March 2021.
If you are a key-worker and have an urgent requirement for school uniform, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details. Our email will be monitored regularly during the National Lockdown.

RMS PTFA Uniform Service
UNIFORM ORDER COLLECTIONS - CURRENT ARRANGEMENTS
Orders can be collected from the RMS PTFA Uniform Office. We are situated between the DT block and the Astroturf pitches.
Due to the separation of year groups we request that orders are collected at FIRST BREAK on the following days BY STUDENTS ONLY.
Monday Year 11
Tuesday Year 10
Wednesday Year 9
Thursday Year 8
Friday Year 7
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS - An exchange/refund form must be fully completed and enclosed with any returned items within 4 months of purchase

Items MUST be in original packaging, unworn (other than to try on) with any tags and labels still attached.
Please AVOID buying 2 sizes of uniform knowing that one will be exchanged or returned. This is extra work for all our volunteers!

The uniform service is run by parent volunteers and managed by the Robert May’s PTFA. All surplus income is donated to the school to purchase additional resources for the students, enhancing their time and learning at Robert May’s School.
