This website is run by parents to facilitate both the sale of school uniform and to provide a means of keeping in touch with your PTFA. All our events and meetings will be advertised on this site and if  you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

We do rely on parent helpers and if you would like to get involved even if only occasionally, please email: committee@rmspta.co.uk

RMS PTFA UNIFORM SERVICE

The Uniform Service is open for STUDENTS ONLY at every FIRST BREAK during term time to collect, exchange or return items. We are situated between the DT block and the Astroturf pitches. A map of the school layout can be viewed here.

During term time, we aim to process orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of your online order (excluding New Intake & GCSE PE polo shirt orders).  You will be advised by email when your order is ready for collection.  Please note: We do not ship orders directly and we cannot send orders to pupils through school/tutor class.

The uniform service is run by parent volunteers and managed by the Robert May’s PTFA.  All surplus income is donated to the school to purchase additional resources for the students, enhancing their time and learning at Robert May’s School.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

An exchange/refund form must be fully completed and enclosed with any returned items within 4 months of purchase

Items MUST be in original packaging, unworn (other than to try on) with any tags and labels still attached.

Please AVOID buying 2 sizes of uniform knowing that one will be exchanged or returned. This creates extra work for all our volunteers!

Uniform for September

Please place any additional orders before Sunday 21st August.

We will re-open for collection and exchanges at the end of the summer holidays between 5-7pm on Thursday 1st September and 10am-12:30pm on Friday 2nd September at Robert Mays School.

Please note we are expecting more stock of Vapour PE tops 32/33” and Haze PE tops 32/33” to be delivered over the summer, please check back again if you require these sizes.

The uniform service is run by parent volunteers, and we close during the summer holidays. Email queries will be monitored regularly, however, we may take a little longer to respond.

We need more donations before we can hold another sale! If your child is leaving RMS or has had a growth spurt recently, please consider donating items to our second-hand sales. These cannot run without your donations! All proceeds are donated back to the school for the benefit of students.

Dates for second hand uniform sales will be updated here, in the Parent Bulletin and on the PTFA Facebook page.  The sales may be cancelled at short notice due to adverse weather on the day.

We are happy to receive donations of good quality RMS logo uniform and PE kit. Donations can be handed to us during our second-hand sales or left with RMS reception in a bag clearly labelled ‘second hand donation’.  Please help us by donating laundered items only.

Sorry no skirts or trousers as we do not have the space.
